1/4 each teaspoon garlic and onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fresh minced parsley; extra for garnish
Start by combining bread crumbs, garlic and onion powder, paprika, and freshly minced parsley in a small bowl. Butter a casserole dish and spread a layer of crushed crackers, then a layer of clams, and season with salt, pepper, and a few dots of butter.
